I'm a UK customer how much will delivery cost?
UK deliveries over £100 are free.
I'm a UK customer how long will it take my item to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 24–48 hours. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or customs procedures. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
I'm an international customer how much will delivery cost?
All deliveries to Europe are £15. For deliveries outside Europe and the UK, you will be informed of the cost at checkout. Orders over £500 will be shipped free of charge. International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
I'm a customer from the USA, will I be subject to import duties and tax?
Yes, please note that from 29th August 2025, the US $800 de minimis exemption will be removed. This means that all shipments from the UK to the USA may now be subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of the order value. Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees will be the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.
I'm an international customer how long will it take for my item to be delivered?
You will be notified via email once your order has been placed. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your country’s customs procedures.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Yes. We only use world recognised delivery services with tracking. For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail Guaranteed and Insured Delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
There may be import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. Please note the change in charges made starting from 29th August 2025 for USA customers discussed earlier.
What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
The courier will leave a note with collection or re-delivery details.
What is your returns policy for orders sent to the UK?
You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. The goods must be returned by Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery (the same method used to dispatch your order) with tracking and insurance. You will be responsible for the cost of returns unless the goods are faulty. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. UK customers are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I'm a UK Customer. What happens if you do not receive my returned item?
Please provide the tracking number and method of dispatch when returning the order so we can track the goods. We cannot accept responsibility for lost items returned without tracking or insurance.
What is your international returns policy?
You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. The goods must be returned using the same international courier we used to dispatch your order, or another internationally recognised courier service, with tracking and insurance. The goods must arrive in the same condition in which we sent them. You are responsible for the cost of returns unless the goods are faulty. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
I'm an international customer. What happens if you do not receive my returned item?
All returns must be sent by an internationally recognised courier service with insurance and a tracking number so we can track the goods. In the event that goods are lost in transit, we expect the covering insurance to match the value of the goods dispatched. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. We cannot accept responsibility for returns sent without insurance or tracking.
Can I return an item for an exchange?
Yes, if we are notified within 14 days of receipt of your order. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received them, with tracking and insurance. Any difference in price or additional shipping costs will be communicated at the time of exchange.
